Setup steps and Firebase rules

1. Firebase console, Authentication, Sign-in method: turn Email/Password ON and Anonymous OFF.
2. Authentication, Users: add your owner login. Use an email-style name such as owner@wh-staff.app and a password (it never sends mail). You then sign in here with just owner.
3. Sign in here, add your staff accounts above, then copy the rules below.
4. Realtime Database, Rules: paste, then Publish.
5. Turn on staff-only access.

Real-Time Cloud Synchronization

Changes sync automatically between all phones and computers in real time. Edits made offline are sent once the connection returns. To use a different Firebase project instead, paste its web configuration JSON below (optional):

Cloud Backups (newest 7)

Saved automatically once a day and before risky actions (deleting a floor, importing, editing the main floor, big deletes). Compressed, and only the newest 7 are kept to save database space.

Backups are stored in the cloud, so this section only works while connected (see the status above). Your list and Restore / Undo buttons appear here once connected.
